If Your account is provided through an employer or organization, that organization may access, monitor, export, and manage Your training data, including course progress, assessment results, and certifications.

4.1. Data Retention

We retain Your Personal Information as long as necessary to provide Our Services and comply with legal obligations. Users may request account deletion, but some data (such as transaction history) may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

Training records, certifications, and course completion data may be retained for verification, compliance, reporting, and legitimate business purposes, even after account deletion.

  • Secure data storage using Supabase and Microsoft services
  • Secure access controls to protect user accounts
  • Regular monitoring for unauthorized access
  • Role-based access controls

  • Monitoring and logging of access to systems

Despite Our efforts, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Users should take steps to protect their accounts, such as using strong passwords and not sharing credentials.
